Stevens Custom Homes specializes in helping customers plan their upcoming builds. We are happy to get involved as early or late in the process depending on the project. 

Jon meets with customers to help them find land, find, modify, or design a custom home plan, and plan out their dream home. 

Whitney and Jon meet with each customer early in the process to match the customer's taste to their budget and home design. With an Interior Designer on staff, you can send inspiration photos to Whitney and have her do the leg work for you. She will take your ideas and lay out design boards and 3-D models that give each customer a clear idea of how their home will look.

Throughout the build process, Jon and Mike Holley meet with each customer onsite to ensure each home meets our high quality expectations and to verify that the finishes are being installed as expected. Mike Holley is an expert in scheduling and makes sure each project finishes within our projected timeline. 

Sarah meets with customers each month and uses our customer selection software to make sure we are hitting our budget goals and that each customer clearly understands where they stand compared to the original budget. By projecting final costs throughout the build process, each customer has a clear idea of the financial picture of the entire project.
