While every house is unique — and materials can fluctuate drastically in cost depending on a number of factors — we try to stay in a certain range. As of Q3 2023, our average price is $350 per square foot.

As of Q3 2023, our wait list is about 1 year long. You can get on our wait list by filling out our questionnaire here.

We have an answer to that on our Where We Build page, right this way! As of now, we’re limited to a specific region in the greater Knoxville area. If you’re out of town, or out of state, we’re sorry to say that we don’t build there as of now!

We take recommendations so seriously, especially with something as important as your forever home. At present, we’re not part of a directory and don’t have access to information in the thousands of metropolitan areas in the US.

We’re so happy you love these colors and details as much as we do. As you can imagine, we get tons of questions like this across our platforms and can’t answer each individual… we wish we could! If you end up working with us on a build, don’t worry — we’ll get you the color/fixture of your dreams.

At this time we only design house plans for our custom build projects, and we’re not selling the plans for outside use.
